How do I make changes to an order I have already placed?

If you feel you need to make a change to an order, please feel free to contact us via our online form or by using our details below. We are always happy to help if you feel you need to make a change.

What do I do if I have received a defective order?

We do our best to ensure our products are of a high standard of quality before sending on to our customers. However, if you feel you have received a sub-standard product, we will replace or refund your product ASAP. Please contact us via our online form or by using our details below and we will help with your refund/exchange.

How do I make sure I order the right size?

Please see our sizing chart, to determine what size product will fit you best. 

For our shirt products, we recommend using a measuring tape to measure around your bust in cm. Select the correct product size range that best corresponds to your bust measurement.

To select the correct pants size, we recommenced using a measuring tape to measure around the largest part of your hips (i.e. around your bottom). With the measuring tape in place, gently sit down on a firm chair and let the tape slide through your fingers a few cm's. Select the correct pant size range that best corresponds to this hip measurement.
